How international delivery is quoted

Pacific Green furniture is produced for homes, villas, hospitality spaces and private projects. Many pieces are large furniture items, so freight is reviewed case by case rather than calculated automatically on the website.

• Delivery scope: worldwide, subject to destination access and freight availability.
• Quotation basis: destination country, order volume, item size, packaging, freight method and project timing.
• Typical process: consultation, product selection, freight review, final quotation, order confirmation.

Freight, duties and destination charges

Final freight, duties, taxes, port charges and destination handling fees depend on the destination country, local policy, customs rules and the delivery arrangement selected for the order.

Some quotations may include freight. Other quotations may exclude freight, duties, taxes, port fees, customs clearance, destination handling, storage or final local delivery. The included and excluded items will be confirmed in the written quotation before payment.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing is confirmed after the destination, order details, production status, vessel schedule and customs requirements are known. Large furniture and project orders may require sea freight, special packing and destination coordination.

Any timing shared during consultation is an estimate until the final quotation and freight arrangement are confirmed.

Returns and custom orders

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed quality issue. If a return is approved for a quality-related reason, the process, timing and freight responsibility will be reviewed according to the destination country and the original shipping arrangement.

For non-quality returns on custom-made products, returns are not permitted.
